Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Donations

All donations made to Sumitra Jan Kalyan Sewa Sansthan are considered final and non-refundable. As a nonprofit organization, we rely on donations to fund our programs and initiatives, which may be implemented immediately upon receipt of funds.

 Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional cases, such as accidental donations, duplicate transactions, or an error in the donation amount, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Merchandise or Services Refund Policy

For merchandise purchased or services provided by Sumita Jan Kalyan Sewa Sansthan , refunds will only be issued in the case of:

Refunds for products or services provided by Sumita Jan Kalyan Sewa Sansthan (e.g., crafts made by local artisans) will be considered if:

  1. The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
  2. The service promised was not delivered.
  3. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase or receipt of the service.
  4. The refunded amount will be processed and credited within 3 – 5 business days to the original mode of payment.

1- Your full name and contact information.

2- Date and amount of the transaction.

3- Reason for the refund request.

Refund requests will be reviewed within 3 business days of receipt. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used.
